XL TechGroup moves PetroAlgae business forward

XL TechGroup Inc said it is seeking a new pilot production site for algae oil as results from its PetroAlgae business's test facility in Florida have exceeded its expectations

PetroAlgae aims to produce renewable feed stock oils using algae. The company mentioned that construction is complete on its site in Florida, USA and algae are growing in situ.

Much larger scale production facilities (over 10,000 acres) are expected to be in planning by the end of 2007

Nature gave us oil from algae; perhaps we should try Nature's way again
